  • 2 small inches ginger root
  • 1 medium leftover baked chicken thigh
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packages soy sauce from panda express
  • 1 tbsp eevo

    Throw rice on frying pan to start cooking at med heat with evoo

    Cut chicken from bone and add to pan

    Dice ginger and add with salt

    Once everything looks well cooked (personally I like the rice a tad crispy) add eggs

    Once eggs are cooked add soy sauce and cook another min
  6. 6
