- 2 c. whole grain biscuit mix
- 1 c. mixed vegetable juice (like V-8)
- 1/4 c. safflower oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, parsley, cilantro or oregano
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch rounds.

3Transfer biscuits to a lightly greased baking sheet.

4Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and bake 10 minutes, just until edges begin to brown.
