  • 2 c. whole grain biscuit mix
  • 1 c. mixed vegetable juice (like V-8)
  • 1/4 c. safflower oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, parsley, cilantro or oregano

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch rounds.

    Transfer biscuits to a lightly greased baking sheet.

    Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and bake 10 minutes, just until edges begin to brown.
