- French bread (mini loaves)
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- tomato, thinly sliced
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
- oregano
Directions

1Mix butter and garlic.

2Place in fridge to chill and bring back to room temperature.

3Can be made a day in advance.

4Slice bread lengthwise.

5Spread garlic butter on bread.

6Place tomatoes across bread.

7Cover tomatoes with cheese.

8Sprinkle oregano on top.

9Broil at 400°.

10Cut in slices and serve hot.
