  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. unprocessed bran
  • 1 3/4 c. water or tomato puree (or half/half)
  • 6 c. flour (2 c. wheat and 4 c. white)
  • 1 egg (but not necessary)
  • flour

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Blend well and make smooth. Add flour until you can't

    knead anymore.

    Knead about 10 minutes.
