- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Crumble bread in 2-quart casserole. Stir in tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top with Parmesan cheese. Place butter on top and bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6.
