Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano and salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Accent
  • 1 garlic
  • 3 c. V-8
  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
  • dab of mayo

Directions

    Heat V-8 and spices to a boil.

    Add gelatin.

    Pour over into casserole.

    Chill until like egg white, then add cooked, diced chicken, celery, green pepper, green onions and green olives. Chill.

    Serve with mayo.
