Ingredients
- 1 lg. red tomato, finely chopped
- 1 lg. yellow tomato, finely chopped
- 1 md. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (or other light oil)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
Directions

1Chop all vegtables into small pieces.

2(Think of salsa sized peices) Mix all of the vegtables, together in a medium sized bowl.

3In a seperate bowl mix together pepper, basil, oil and lemon juice creating a dressing.

4Pour over tomatoes and veggies.

5Mix together with a wooded spoon, ensuring that the dressing coats all of the tomatoes.

6Add in a little bit of salt.

7(Not too much because it will spoil the light taste of the dish) Serve over your favorite meat or bread.
