  • 2 qt. whole kernel corn
  • 2 qt. ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 qt. onions, chopped
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of mixed spices

    Put all ingredients in pot.

    Bring corn mixture to boil; boil for 15 minutes.

    Fill jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace.

    Wipe jar tops and threads clean.

    Place hot lids on jars; screw bands on firmly.

    Process in boiling water canner for 15 minutes.

    Makes several pints.
