  • 2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
