Ingredients
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 3 medium tomatoes
- fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Combine eggs, crumbs, cheese, garlic, thyme, Worcestershire and salt.

2Add spinach, celery and onion; mix well.

3Cut tomatoes in half crosswise.

4Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4 inch thick shells. Spoon spinach mixture into the shells.

5Sprinkle with crumbs. Place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Bake, covered, in 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
