  • 12 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, cored and cut into chunks
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 -3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Directions

    Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

    Add onion and cook about 5 minutes until onion is soft.

    Increase heat to medium-high.

    Add tomatoes and salt and simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid evaporates Beat together cornstarch and eggs and add to pan.
