- 8 large eggs
- 4 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 8 slice rye bread
Directions

1Melt butter in a large frying pan.

2Pour in beaten eggs and scramble over medium heat, stirring with wooden spoon until eggs are near desired doneness.

3Add tomatoes to the pan;cook, stirring, 1 minute, until tomatoes are heated through and starting to soften.

4Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately with 2 slices toasted rye bread.
