- 5 to 6 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and cored
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. milk
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Simmer tomatoes (peeled and cored), butter, salt and pepper until soft 5 to 10 minutes.

2Remove from heat and stir in milk and flour combined.

3Return to heat and stir.

4Cook until thick 2 to 3 minutes.

5Serve over baked potato, boiled potato, toast or anything else.
