- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- juice of 3 lemons
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 (8 oz.) can Spanish style tomato sauce
Directions

1Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.

2Combine sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan.

3Boil about 5 minutes, until light syrup.

4Add fruit juices, tomato sauce and gelatin to syrup.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir until gelatin is dissolved.

7Pour into tray.

8Freeze until mushy, then whip until light and airy.

9Fold in egg whites. Return to freezer until served.
