Ingredients

  • 3 c. peeled red ripe tomatoes
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 very thinly sliced lemon
  • 3 oz. box lemon jello

Directions

    Boil tomatoes, chopped, with sugar for 10 minutes.

    Add lemon and jello.
  3. 3
    Boil another 10 minutes, then pour into jars and seal. Store in refrigerator.
