- 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can condensed Italian tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to directions.

2Brown onion and meat; drain grease.

3Stir in soup, water and pepper.

4Fold drained macaroni into tomato mixture.

5If cheese topping is desired, put Tomato Mac 'N Meat in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 325° until cheese melts.
