Tomato Parfait

Ingredients
- 150 ml Canned roughly crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 pack Gelatin
- 40 grams Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Kirsch or rum
- 100 grams Cream cheese
- 100 ml Heavy cream
Directions

1Put the ingredients into a small pot.

2Heat on low for 2~3 minutes.

3Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water, then add it to the pot with the sugar to dissolve.

4Turn off the heat, add the Kirsch or rum, and mix.

5Crea the cream cheese until soft.

6Add a little at a time to the cooled mixture from Step 1.

7Whip the heavy cream until slightly thickened, then mix into the mixture from Step 2.

8Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.

9Cut into easy-to-eat pieces.

10I tried putting the parfait on top of wafers.

11I used thiese crushed Nagano tomatoes.
