- 5 whole Tomatoes
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Basil
- 1 dash Oregano
- 1 dash Parsley
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 whole Prepared Pie Crust
Directions

1Slice and spread tomatoes on paper towels to drain.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3After tomatoes are allowed to drain, start layering them in a prepared pie crust (Pioneer Womans pie crust recipe is my favorite!)

4One layer at a time, start with tomatoes and then sprinkle with spices and salt & pepper, filling your pie pan to the top to taste.

5Mix cheese and mayonnaise together until creamy.

6Spoon on top of pie making sure to spread it evenly over the top of the pie.

7Make sure to seal the top of the pie with the mixture.

8This is very important to the pie cooking the right way inside.

9Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

10Serve with a salad and or pasta on the side.
