- 2 baked pie crusts
- tomato wedges (unpeeled)
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Arrange tomato wedges in pie crusts so crusts are covered. Mix mayonnaise and Cheddar together.

2Spread over wedges.

3Salt and pepper, if desired.

4Bake at 325° until cheese melts and is bubbly.

5Serve with a meat dish or simply a salad.
