  • 2 baked pie crusts
  • tomato wedges (unpeeled)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Arrange tomato wedges in pie crusts so crusts are covered. Mix mayonnaise and Cheddar together.

    Spread over wedges.

    Salt and pepper, if desired.

    Bake at 325° until cheese melts and is bubbly.
