- tomatoes with peeled skins (fresh garden grown only)
- biscuits, already cooked
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2On the bottom of a casserole dish, put a layer of tomatoes.

3Salt and pepper.

4Then slice biscuits. Butter them and layer on top of tomatoes.

5Repeat layering tomatoes, salt and pepper and biscuits with butter until you put a final layer of buttered biscuits on top.

6Place in oven uncovered and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Serve hot.
