  • 2 whole large tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds.

    Heat oil in a skillet ans saute tomatoes (cut side down) for three minutes.

    Add garlic and saute till tomaotoes are tender.
  4. 4
    Turn and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. 5
    Place tomatoes on a serving plate.
  6. 6
    Toast bread crumbs till golden in a skillet and sprinkle over tomatoes.
