- 2 whole large tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tsp. basil
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds.

2Heat oil in a skillet ans saute tomatoes (cut side down) for three minutes.

3Add garlic and saute till tomaotoes are tender.

4Turn and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Place tomatoes on a serving plate.

6Toast bread crumbs till golden in a skillet and sprinkle over tomatoes.
