Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 tomatoes
  • 1 small to large jar green olives (with pimento)
  • 2 bell peppers (green and red)
  • 2 large onions
  • 8 oz. hard cheese (extra sharp or Swiss)
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing

Directions

    In a large bowl, lay wedges of tomatoes. Drain olives. Add to tomatoes.

    Slice peppers in strips and add to bowl. Add sliced onions into rings. Cube the cheese and add to bowl.

    Pour dressing over all.

    Toss and marinate until cold.

    Serve with hot French bread.
