- 25 tomatoes, cut up (or 5 gal. bucket full)
- 10 medium onions, diced
- 5 to 10 mango peppers, cut up
- 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 6 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Heat well.

2Cut onions and peppers in small pieces and boil 10 minutes.

3Drain and add to tomatoes.

4Add vinegar, salt and garlic powder; heat well.

5Put in jars and seal.
