Ingredients

  • 1 box tomatoes, wash, peel and chop
  • 5 lb. chopped onions
  • 4 large green peppers, chopped
  • 3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 cayenne peppers, chopped
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. cilantro, chopped (optional)

    Let all ingredients come to a boil; cook about 1 hour.

    Stir occasionally.

    Put in hot jars and seal.
