- 15 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped peppers
- 5 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 2 oz. tomato paste
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Clear Jell
Directions

1Combine tomatoes, onions and peppers.

2Mix paste with vinegar and add; stir thoroughly.

3Mix together dry ingredients and add to mixture when hot.

4Cook until thick.

5Pour into jars and process 10 minutes at 5 pounds of pressure.

6Yields 5 to 6 quarts; 10 to 12 pints.
