Ingredients

  • Dutch oven size pan filled with peeled tomatoes
  • 12 to 15 buds garlic
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 small green peppers
  • 1/2 c. carrots
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook (boiling) all ingredients until begins to thicken.

    Strain and run pulp through blender and pour back with juice.
  3. 3
    Continue cooking until thickness you prefer.

    Fill jars, seal and hot water bath for 35 minutes.
