- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 large garlic cloves, mashed
- 16 sprigs fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 (1 lb.) cans plum tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 lb. piece chuck roast
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 6 Tbsp. Romano cheese
Directions

1Combine the olive oil and butter in a saucepan.

2Chop parsley and garlic and add to pan.

3Cook on low for 5 minutes.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Drain tomatoes (chopping the solid ones); add with the oregano.

6Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
