  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3 ounces diced ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Dash allspice
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas
  • 3 whole tomatoes, peeled

Directions
