- 3 ounces diced ham
- 1/4 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Dash allspice
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) fat-free chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas
- 3 whole tomatoes, peeled
