  • 700 grams tomato cut into fourths
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 potato medium, diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon basil ground
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Directions

    Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and saute the onion and potato, stirring occasionally, for approximately 10 minutes.

    Add the tomato, garlic, and basil, stir slightly and add the water and bouillon. Cover the pan and let cook for 30 minutes on low heat.

    Remove from the heat, let cool slightly, and liquify. Strain the soup and return to the pan to heat before serving.
