- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 28 ounces whole tomatoes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 34 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil broth.

2Add tomatoes, celery, and carrots.

3Simmer (covered) for 30 minute.

4In skillet, melt butter and saute onions.

5Stir in flour.

6Add to broth and mix well.

7Bring to a boil for a few minutes.

8Puree smooth.
