- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 bulbs garlic, quartered
- 4 to 5 cans tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) Hunts tomato sauce
- 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
- 10 oz. sour cream
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Pressure cook the first 4 ingredients.

2Cook tomato soup, tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes for 30 minutes.

3Add salt and parsley flakes.

4Strain soup, then add sour cream last.
