  • 2 lb. pork loin backbone
  • 2 1/2 qt. water
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 2 bulbs garlic, quartered
  • 4 to 5 cans tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) Hunts tomato sauce
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 10 oz. sour cream
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

    Pressure cook the first 4 ingredients.

    Cook tomato soup, tomato sauce and fresh tomatoes for 30 minutes.

    Add salt and parsley flakes.

    Strain soup, then add sour cream last.
