- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 14 teaspoon hing (Asafoetida)
- 14 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

2Add oil in your pan, when it is heated add mustard seeds.

3Let the mustard seed splutter.

4Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and asafoetida.

5Cook them nicely in a low flame, till the oil sticks out.

6Relish it with Chappati or with Bread Sandwich.

7Note: It is always good to use a nonstick pan.
