Ingredients
- 2 tilapia filets,
- 1 ripe tomato-diced,
- 1 tbsp shallot-finelly chopped,
- juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 1/4 cup dry white wine,
- sea salt and pepper,
- basil-finely ripped,
- rosemary-finely chopped,
- 1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard,
- 2 garlic cloves-crushed,
- 1 tblsp finely chopped red onion.
Directions

1Preheat oven 375C.

2Put filets in oven proof dish.

3Combine lemon juice and dijon, wisk.

4Season fish with salt and pepper.

5Pour lemon-dijon over fish.

6Pour white wine over fish.

7Sprinkle remaining ingerdients over fish.

8Bake for 25 minutes, covered in foil, take foil off for last 5 minutes.
