- 1 lb. white fish fillets
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 large tomato
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Thaw fish.

2Arrange in single layer in greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

3Slice or chop tomato and layer on fish.

4Combine bread crumbs, margarine, cheese and parsley in a small bowl.

5Sprinkle over tomatoes.

6Bake in 400°

7oven about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Makes 4 servings.
