- 1 can Light Tuna in Water (5 oz)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Your favorite Italian Dressing
- 1 Tomato
- 1 slice Provolone Cheese

1Preheat broiler to 500.

2Use a paring knife to hull out the center of the tomato, then scoop out flesh with a spoon.

3Drain tuna.

4Combine well with Italian Dressing.

5Stuff the tomato with the tuna salad, top with a slice of cheese, and broil until cheese is golden.
