- 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese.

2Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

3Dot with butter.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 15 minutes longer.
