- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Peel cukes and cut in small pieces.

2Be sure the seeds are removed.

4Put spices in a cloth bag and add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices.

5Cook until tender and let set overnight.
