- 4 pieces pork cutlet
- 1 spoon sugar
- bread powder
- tonkatsu sauce
- dressing
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil
- cabbage
- rice (white)
Directions

1Take the soy sauce and dip 1 spoon of sugar in sauce; mix. Put pork cutlet in soy sauce.

2Crack egg and stir.

3Put pork cutlet in egg and then into bread powder.

4Wait 10 minutes or else bread powder comes off.

5Put cutlet in boiling oil until it fries properly, not too soft or too hard. Slice cabbage and put on dressing.

6Serve with tonkatsu sauce, cabbage and rice.
