- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
- 1 (30 to 32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Dip chicken into eggs, then into bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.

2In large skillet, place chicken in hot oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Brown chicken on both sides; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

4Pour 1 cup sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Layer chicken and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses.

6Bake for 45 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
