- 2 c. celery, diced
- 2 c. carrots, diced
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 4 c. filleted, cubed fish (skinless)
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 large can condensed milk
Directions

1Cover the celery, carrots and onions with water; add salt and pepper.

2Boil for 7 minutes.

3Add diced potatoes; cook 7 minutes. Add fish; cook 3 or 4 minutes (do not overcook).

4Add butter and milk; heat.

5This is great for camping.
