- 12 whole Yellow Jalapenos
- 24 whole Shrimp
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Package)
- 12 slices Mozzarella Or Monterey Cheese
- 12 pieces Bacon
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 whole Scallions
Directions

1After washing the yellow peppers, open them up and remove seeds and veins without removing the tops and stems.

2Stuff the center of the pepper with 1 or 2 shrimps (peeled and without tail), some cream cheese and a slice of cheese, then wrap the pepper in bacon.

3(You can use a toothpick to keep the bacon in place)

4Place the peppers in a baking dish and pop them in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 20-40 minutes or until bacon is done.

5For the dipping sauce.....

6Just mix the soy sauce and the lemon juice and add chopped scallions!

7*I made 12 of these but really you can make less ... Also, these yellow jalapenos are not as hot as regular green jalapenos so dont worry about these being too hot
