  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until very stiff. Gradually add sugar.

    Fold in nuts, cracker crumbs and coconut. Bake in 9-inch buttered pie pan (glass) at 325° for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.

    top with unsweetened whipping cream.

    Make the day before serving.
