Ingredients
- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 (12 oz.) can Milnot
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. tortellini (1 meat and 1 cheese)
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Boil tortellini until they rise to top of pot of water.

3In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add Milnot; stir.

4Gradually add the shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Sauce will be thin.

5Mix the spinach into the sauce, then add tortellini and put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.

6Top with Mozzarella cheese.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350° until Mozzarella begins to turn brown and bubbly.
