- 2/3 pound tortellini
- 1 9/16 cups sauce
- 7 1/16 tablespoons ham
- ricotta cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 pie crust

1Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

2Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3Add the bechamel sauce, cured ham, and a small amount both ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

4Fill the pie crust with the pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Place the pie crust in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

6Turn on the oven broiler and broil for about 5 minutes until browned on top.
