  • 1 9/16 cups sauce
  • 7 1/16 tablespoons ham
  • ricotta cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pie crust

    Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Add the bechamel sauce, cured ham, and a small amount both ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

    Fill the pie crust with the pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Turn on the oven broiler and broil for about 5 minutes until browned on top.
