  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Carrots, cut in bite sized pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 6 C. water
  • 12 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
  • 4 C. milk
  • 2 C. heavy cream
  • 18 oz. jar cheese whiz
  • 4 C. Chicken meat, cooked and diced

Directions

    Saute vegetables in butter until tender.

    Bring water to a boil in large soup pot.

    Add vegetables, tortellini and rest of ingredients.

    Bring to a boil and simmer until tortellini are al dente.
