- 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Using a cookie cutter or kitchen shears, cut 3 (2-inch) rounds from each tortilla.

2Combine lime juice and water in a small bowl; set aside.

3Combine salt and remaining ingredients.

4Dip tortillas in lime juice mixture; drain on paper towels.

5Arrange tortillas in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with salt mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until chips are crisp.

7Cool; store in airtight containers.
