- 1 package azteca super size or burrito tortilla
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup chopped green onion
- 14 cup chopped green olives
- 12 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 12 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 12 cup salsa (to mix with cream cheese)
Directions

1Let tortillas stand at room temp for approx.

215 minutes to warm up.

3Mix the soft cheese with salsa and spread on tortilla.

4Sprinkle one tablespoon of each listed vegetable onto the cheese.

5Tightly roll tortilla.

6Repeat for all tortillas.

7Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight.

8When ready to serve cut into 3/4 inch diagonal slices.

9Serve with salsa.

10Makes 48-50 slices.
