- 12 flour tortillas (14 oz package)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell peppers
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup salsa or 1 cup picante sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except salsa or picante.

2Spread onto tortillas.

3Roll up tortillas and cover tightly.

4Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

5When ready to serve, cut rolls into 1/2 inch slices.

6Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
