Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 12 flour tortillas (14 oz package)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell peppers
  • 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup salsa or 1 cup picante sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except salsa or picante.

    Spread onto tortillas.

    Roll up tortillas and cover tightly.

    Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

    When ready to serve, cut rolls into 1/2 inch slices.

    Serve with salsa or picante sauce.

    Makes about 8 dozen pieces.
