  • 6 large tortilla rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (8 oz.) ham, chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix everything together (except tortillas).

    Spread over tortillas.

    Roll up.

    Wrap in foil.

    Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

    To serve, slice and place flat on platters.
