- 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cooked turkey
- 1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa, divided
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. whole tomatoes, well drained and cut up
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 6 flour tortillas (7-inch)
- 1 c. natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix turkey, 1/2 cup salsa, beans, dressing, onions, tomatoes and seasonings in saucepan.

3Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 10 minutes or until thickened. Place 2 tortillas on cookie sheet.

4Spread 3/4 cup of turkey mixture to edge of each tortilla.

5Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the cheese.

6Repeat layers, ending with tortilla.

7Top each stack with remaining salsa.

8Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

9Cut each stack into quarters.

10Top with lettuce, sour cream, tomato, cilantro and additional cheese, if desired.

11Makes 8 servings (2 stacks).
